Assistant Driver Operations Manager

This role sits at the center of our operations, translating upper management's vision into structured, actionable workflows for our frontline teams. As a versatile Generalist Assistant Manager overseeing three core sub-teams, you will rely on data to optimize the end‑to‑end driver lifecycle and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless stakeholder management across internal and regional teams.

Process Optimization & Cross-Team Synergy

• Workflow Alignment: Partner with Team Leads to review end‑to‑end operational processes across all sub‑teams.
