Job Description
We’ve partnered with a well-established, decentralized essential‑services organization to recruit an Assistant District Manager for a district in the Greater Vancouver area (Coquitlam-based). This is a hands‑on leadership role with meaningful ownership across people leadership, customer growth, and financial performance (P&L)—ideal for someone who wants a clear pathway to a bigger scope and is open to relocation for advancement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Strong base salary ($130,000 - $150,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus target up to 20% + equity participation
