Assistant Director, Workplace Plans & Policy — Facilities

Republic Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to lead efforts in reviewing and developing policies for the Ministry of Defence/Singapore Armed Forces workplaces and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage major infrastructure projects and ensure effective coordination across multiple stakeholder needs.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in plans and/or policy work, as well as strong analytical and communication skills, is required. Candidates must be able to multitask effectively and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
