We’re seeking an Assistant Director & Educational Leader to join our team at Cleveland LDC – Star of the Sea. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Centre Director to inspire, guide and support a dedicated team of educators, driving high-quality practice, continuous improvement, and a nurturing learning environment for every child.

This is a part-time blended role, combining floater responsibilities within the service (supporting educator programming, covering leave, and ensuring continuity of care across rooms) with non-contact leadership time in the office to support the Centre Director with administrative, compliance, and operational tasks.
