The Role 

• Support daily centre operations and provide leadership to educators and teams
• Ensure adherence to NQF/NQS and maintain high standards of safety and practice
• Support delivery of engaging EYLF-aligned programs and curriculum
• Build strong relationships and support communication with families and community
• Assist with enrolments, documentation, reporting, and general centre administration
