Summary This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence - Office of Foreign Assets Control. As an Assistant Director Regulatory Affairs, you will implement and administer U.S. sanctions programs, ensure that the sanctions programs are developed, interpreted, and implemented in a manner consistent with pertinent legislation and regulations, foreign policy, national security, and U.S., Treasury, and OFAC strategic objectives. Responsibilities As an Assistant Director Regulatory Affairs, you will: Play a leading role in shaping OFAC's activities in the development of new Executive Orders and regulatory programs to carry out new sanctions imposed by Congress or the President or to reflect changes in U.S. foreign policy with respect to existing sanctions programs Oversee the Treasury Department's Presidential Documents process with respect to economic sanctions Make major recommendations, decisions, and actions significant to internal and external sanc...
