Assistant Director (Readiness & Collaboration)

What the role is:

You are responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all contract management activities for designated commands and departments in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), working with various stakeholders to advance industry support by incorporating operational needs into contracts.

What you will be working on:

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of vendors and service providers.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of contractual and operational risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of contract management professionals.
• Lead the team in identifying critical capabilities and capacities that cannot be fulfilled organically, and develop contractual outcomes to address these gaps.
