Position Summary/Description:
The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions a member of the School of Social Work’s Office of Academic and Student Affairs’ department and serves as an integral part of the Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid ( RAFA ) team. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid. The School offers a Master’s of Social Work ( MSW ) to graduate students across two degree pathways online and on-the-ground and is committed to a ‘Road to 1,000 Students’ to grow enrollment, build a pipeline of skilled social workers in the State of North Carolina, invest in student success programming, elevate research, and maintain excellence as a top-ranked School of Social Work. This position is critical to meeting enrollment goals for both on-campus and online programs.
