Carroll Park Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility on the rise, and we are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our dynamic nursing leadership team. We are currently hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with strong leadership experience and a focus on Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI), Infection Control, resident outcomes, and customer service.
We are looking for a high-energy leader who can effectively support and guide the nursing department while practicing with integrity, compassion, and commitment, elevating the quality of care delivered across the facility. The ADON is responsible for the supervision of nursing and support staff in the skilled nursing setting and plays a key role in both clinical oversight and operational excellence.
