You will be pivotal in advocating resident safety, engaging families, and driving employee satisfaction through mentorship and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinical areas to align with Extendicare’s care model
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and community partners
• Foster team development with mentorship and training initiatives
Requirements:
• At least three years as a Registered Nurse in long-term care
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
