Key Responsibilities:
• Support nursing staff to deliver quality care daily
• Develop and implement educational programs for staff
• Maintain accurate inventory of department supplies
• Assist in human resource tasks including staffing and appraisals
• Coordinate resident vaccinations and medication reviews
