What The Role Is

You are responsible for overseeing Human Resource administration, management, training coordination, feedback management and National Service (NS) engagement matters within HQ 9 Division.

What You Will Be Working On

• Liaise with relevant agencies to resolve HR and administrative issues raised by NSmen and respond directly to NSmen or their commanders
• Collaborate with agencies on HR management functions including succession planning, resource allocation, top-ups, course management and performance appraisals
• Plan and conduct cohesion activities for NS units to strengthen unit bonds and morale
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NSmen regarding HR and administrative matters
