Job Summary Assistant Director, Finance is responsible for leading the finance and accounting function across a portfolio of hospitality-related entities operating across multiple jurisdictions. The role provides strategic oversight of financial reporting, controls, governance, and business partnership to support asset performance, operational decision-making, and long-term value creation. You will lead and develop the finance team, drive functional excellence, and serve as a key advisor to senior management on financial and operational matters. - Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated accounts, in accordance with IFRS and applicable local GAAP.
- Ensure delivery of accurate and insightful management reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards covering property, hospitality, and investment-related metrics.
