Minimum Qualification and Experience

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –

  • Cumulative service period of six years’ relevant work experience, three of which should have been at grade 11.

  • Master’s Degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited University;

  • Certificate in Leadership Course lasting not less than four weeks from a recognized and accredited institution will be an added advantage;
