Job Description
Assistant Controller (d/f/m) at Leica Microsystems plays a key role in strengthening the company’s global financial compliance and controlling framework. The role oversees all financial compliance and internal control topics (including SOX), driving excellence across the full lifecycle—from planning and risk assessment to issue resolution and continuous process optimization. This position reports to the Global Controller and is part of the Corporate Finance team. The role is designed as an on‑site position.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen Leica´s comprehensive compliance framework that enables the organization to meet all corporate, statutory, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the monthly closing of Leica group results, including financial reporting and analysis.
