Role Description

Reporting to the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the administration and leasing functions at the property. The role includes implementation and execution of resident relations and engagement programs, including planning and execution of resident appreciation events. All duties will be completed while upholding QuadReal’s mission, vision, and values, serving as a brand and cultural ambassador for residents, co‑workers, vendors, and the public. This is a 6‑month contract.

  • Perform overall leasing and resident relations functions; evaluate and monitor metrics such as vacancy, sales, renewals, move‑in, move‑out, and notices.
  • Partner with the leasing concierge to participate in the full leasing process: engage with prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, and compile lease documentation.
