Assistant Chef de Cuisine — Cantonese & Dim Sum Lead

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Chef de Cuisine for our Dai Pai Dong, signature Chinese restaurant. You will lead daily kitchen operations, ensure authenticity and consistency, and collaborate on menu development in a luxury hotel setting.

You should bring 5–10 years of high-end Chinese kitchen experience, strong leadership, and deep Cantonese/Szechuan culinary skills. English communication and HACCP expertise are essential for success.
