Assistant Building Services Inspector / Assistant Clerk of Works

Pay: HK$30,244 to HK$55,233 (HG PS point 11 to 23) per month including Monthly Allowance. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Building Services Inspector / Clerk of Works on all aspects of supervision of building services work / building works on site.
2. Assist in the administration and control of Works Supervisory grade staff.
3. Monitor labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site.
4. Upkeep site records including site record books and submission of all monthly returns.
