Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager with the daily running of the store.
  • Open and close the store when required.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support the store team.
  • Delegate daily tasks and ensure work is completed to company standards.
  • Prepare weekly staff rosters.
  • Help drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Assist customers in-store and provide product advice when needed.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships and actively seek new business.
  • Ensure invoicing, cash handling, and credit control procedures are followed.
  • Maintain accurate stock control.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Learn the company's products, technical information, and safety procedures.
  • Lead by example and provide excellent customer service.
