Assistant Boyswear Designer

The Company: We are looking for an Assistant Designer to join a successful clothing company and add to their busy team. You will be designing on‑trend casual wear for a wide variety of high street customers, both for the UK and international markets, liaising with buyers and meeting briefs.

We are looking for a talented graduate who has a passion for men’s/boy’s ranges and can deliver high‑quality designs supporting key retailers, including M&S & George. The role combines design and administration responsibilities: creating design packs, sample management, and supporting fabric development. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

We want a creative yet commercial eye, strong awareness of current trends, and the ability to translate these into children’swear for a mass‑market customer.
