You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with Accor brand standards. You will lead and develop the bar team, maintain high beverage quality, and contribute to achieving departmental financial and service objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within a bar or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, wines, spirits, and responsible alcohol service.
