Description
The Assistant Athletic Director plays a key role in supporting the Athletic Director with planning, organization, and oversight of all school athletic programs. This position helps ensure that every sport operates efficiently and in full compliance with Louisville policies as well as CIF‑SS and state athletic regulations.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail oriented, and committed to fostering a positive, mission-aligned athletic experience for all student‑athletes.
Requirements
Program Administration
Support the management of all athletic programs and seasonal sports.

Support the Athletic Director with department planning and yearly goals for the athletic department.

Maintain accurate records and rosters.

Ensure fields, gyms, and equipment are prepared for practices and competitions.
