Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records. Process invoices, payments, and daily financial transactions. Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with audits, VAT, and other compliance requirements. Provide administrative support to the finance department.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
