McKinty Associates are delighted to be working with a multi-site construction business who have an immediate need for an experienced Assistant Accountant. Reporting into the Financial Controller the main requirement for the role is as follows:
Purchase LedgerPosting invoicesReconciling supplier statements
Sales LedgerCalculating and reconciling works scheduleRaising invoicingPosting receipts
Accounts payableMaintaining supplier payment scheduleProcessing and Reconciling supplier payments
Processing and payment of wages
Processing and payment of Subcontractors
HMRC/PAYE Monthly returns
CIS Returns
Month End
Bank Reconciliations
Analysis and reporting on Project performance
Other adhoc duties as required
