Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PC lifecycle hub operations, including ITAD (IT asset disposition) requests, early PC refresh requests, missing‑device investigations, Apple ACE requests, and custom device requests.
• Manage related ITSM (IT service management) tickets, shared inbox requests, and PC Lifecycle Hub‑related intake workflows.
• Track inventory across physical and offsite locations, including office hubs and VAR (value added reseller) partners.
• Maintain operational data and systems, including database management, metadata dictionaries, and related PC hardware records.
