About the vacancy:
We're looking for an experienced Asset Data and Systems Manager to lead and develop our asset data and systems function. This key role ensures the accuracy, integrity and effective use of asset data to support regulatory compliance, strategic decision-making and long-term asset planning. You'll manage a specialist data team, act as system owner for asset management systems, and provide clear insight and reporting to support investment planning, compliance (including WHQS 2023 and FFHH) and organisational performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for high-quality data and continuous improvement in a regulated housing environment.
