The successful candidate will enable reliable operational performance, proactive risk mitigation, and data-driven lifecycle decision-making aligned to ISO 55001 and enterprise governance standards, working closely with technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders to drive consistency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support asset data governance, technical, and operational forums to ensure effective control, compliance, and audit-ready decision-making
Develop and maintain CAFM data governance frameworks, ensuring all data changes are controlled, approved, version managed, and auditable
Embed governance controls across CAFM/EAM platforms, including change control, approval workflows, and data ownership accountability
Assure API integrations and system interfaces, validating and monitoring data exchanges for integrity, accuracy, and completeness
