Managed a complex caseload of Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Looked After Children (LAC) cases, ensuring statutory interventions were completed within required timescales.
Completed comprehensive Child and Family Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting Assessments to inform safeguarding plans and decision-making.
Led multi-agency safeguarding interventions, working closely with education, health, police, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children.
Developed and reviewed Child in Need and Child Protection Plans, ensuring risks were effectively managed and children's needs were met.
