**Pay Rate:** $18.25/Hr.| **Start:** ASAP **| Temp-to-Hire**
**Schedule:** M–F, 6 A-2:30P (Sat as required)

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
** **_Please Note*_** This position is a **very physically demanding job** .

+ Read and understand a job traveler
+ Read specifications carefully
+ Know what film to use for specific molds
+ Change film rolls as needed
+ Adjust foam amount and understand how much foam is needed to fill a mold
+ Assist in change-over
+ Adjust the amount of foam that shoots depending on the part
+ Check for properly made cushions
+ Perform housekeeping duties, including the removal and replacement of scrap
+ Keep foam guns clean and clear of blockage
+ Keep track of waste
+ Identify any problems relating to products
