Assembly Technician

Job Description Plan overall assembly task to ensure work order loaded is on schedule. Planned and managed assembly B parts and jig & fixtures in storage. Contribute to design discussion on jigs. Ensure to follow defined assembly procedures and comply with quality requirements. Able to perform hands on tasks under microscope. To have ownership on assembly process to create guideline documents (WI) for New Product Introduction (NPI) parts. Final check and approval of the whole assembly before sending it to the Quality Assurance (QA) Department. Always ensure full adherence to 5S practices and apply workplace safety and health policy. Requirements: Nitec in any discipline or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year experience in assembly operations and components. Able to understand mechanical drawing.
