Assembly Operator (Weekend shift)

**Job Title:** Assembly Operator III
**Shift:** Weekend (Friday–Sunday), 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $26.84/hr ($22/hr base + 22% premium shift differential)
**Location:** Fairview, NC

In this role, you will assemble, terminate, and test fiber optic cable assemblies and connectors to ensure exceptional product quality. You will also participate in process development and problem-solving as we launch new products.
