**Job Description**
This role involves assembling front-end loader and smaller tractor equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will work with hand and power tools, follow blueprints and work orders, and ensure that assembled units meet quality and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Position parts accurately according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or by reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with appropriate hand tools.
+ Remove small quantities of metal to achieve precise fits between parts and ensure proper alignment.
+ Operate and tend machines that perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified by work instructions.
+ Follow all safety procedures, maintain a strong safety mindset, and use tools and equipment correctly.
