Job Description
Join Newmont’s Brucejack Gold Mine as an Assay Lab Lead Hand. Focus on optimizing lab performance while leading teams to meet ambitious safety and quality standards.
As part of a collaborative team, you will play an integral role at Brucejack Camp by leading Sample Prep and Fire Assay teams to ensure targets of ~500 samples per day are consistently achieved. Your expertise in assay operations and strong leadership skills will be essential for coaching team members and maintaining efficient workflows. Safety and compliance are central to the role, along with oversight of QA/QC processes.
Key Responsibilities:
