Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and medical treatments safely
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and personalized care planning
• Advocate for wellness and preventative health education
• Mentor unregulated care workers through training
• Communicate care updates to clients and families
Requirements:
• Active RPN registration with Ontario’s licensing body
• Minimum one year in geriatric healthcare
• BCLS and Medication Administration certifications required
