Asphalt Plant Operator - Day/Night Shifts, 40h/week

Higgins is seeking a Plant Operator at our Christchurch Asphalt Plant to join a tight-knit crew. The role is full-time and permanent, with a minimum 40 hours and occasional early starts to meet production needs.

You will operate the plant safely, maintain quality, and follow health and safety protocols while contributing to a high-performing team. We offer day and night shift options, ongoing training, and subsidies for medical insurance and education for dependants.
