Job Overview
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an AskGS Experience Center Associate to address regional and global employee/customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, web/portal, and chat. The role requires meeting service level expectations, handling a wide range of inquiries, and ensuring comprehensive documentation in the Case Management system.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound inquiries via phone, chat, web, and other digital channels for multiple regions (ASPAC, EMEA, NA, LATAM).
- Clarify needs, investigate, answer inquiries, and assist in resolving concerns using the Experience Center Guide, IOPs, and AskGS references.
- Access enabling technology to complete client inquiries and transactions.
- Fully document all cases in the case management application.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher tier or third‑party vendors as needed.
