Castlefield are working with a public sector organisation to recruit an Adult Skills Fund Lead.
Responsibilities
Build upon the “readiness” work already done by the organisation which will include finalising the Adult Skills Fund Strategic Skills Plan, further developing and finalising eligibility and funding rules, provider management processes, commissioning processes, audit and assurance framework, payment process and MIS systems. Ensure the organisation has all the relevant systems, processes and resources in place to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of the Adult Skills Fund from August 2026. Exceptional stakeholder management, ensuring the organisation’s reputation and capability and building upon the excellent stakeholder relationships already developed through the development of the Adult Skills Fund Strategic Skills Plan.
