Job Description
Provide and administrate Technical and Service training to customers and associates. Provide Technical Support to sales group for new business and opportunities. Ethical Policy Compliance. Safety Compliance. You will report to Technical Service Manager and work at our office in Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe.
Main Responsibilities- Standardization of process manuals of customers.
- Standardization of checklists with customers.
- Standardization of Line Survey forms.
- Provide solutions for troubleshooting of Regional Service teams.
- Support Lab trials.
- Support Launch programs.
- Provide Technical support to customers by phone or online.
- Achieve PPG's safety goal of zero accidents.
- Achieve 100% completion of assigned training programs for employees and customers.
- Provide 100% support to Secure Launch programs.
- Deliver 100% customer satisfaction in Troubleshooting situations (no service claims)....
