We are currently recruiting a full-time Autism Support Assistant in Newham within a specialist setting. This role will involve specifically supporting children and young people with Autism/ASD both inside and outside of the classroom environment.
Your key responsibilities for this role will include supporting students through daily routines and transitions, using clear and consistent communication strategies, building positive and trusting relationships, and encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional regulation.
