Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Norfolk
Rate: £250 per day
IR35 Determination: Outside IR35
Contract Length: Ongoing contract
The Role: Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for an excellent long-term contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an ongoing contract covering the Norfolk area.
This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects. Your daily responsibilities will primarily involve conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties. You will also be required to accurately take samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and appropriately document the properties in-situ using a provided PDA or tablet.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH / UKATA equivalent).
