About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AS400 Developer to join our team and support mission‑critical applications running on IBM i (AS400) systems. This role involves development, enhancement, and maintenance of core business applications, with a strong focus on stability, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on AS400 (IBM i) platform
- Write and optimize programs using RPG (RPG III / RPG IV / RPGLE / Free Format RPG)
- Work with CL programs, DB2/400 database, and embedded SQL
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner
- Support system integrations and data processing workflows
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts and infrastructure teams
