Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery station. You will execute recipes, manage portion control, and uphold quality standards in a busy hotel kitchen.

Strong knowledge of pastry production, food safety, and allergen controls is essential. You will supervise the pastry team, ensure proper storage and HACCP compliance, and collaborate on seasonal menu ideas in a fast-paced environment.
