ARG and Export Co-ordinator

A vacancy exists for an ARG and Export Co‑ordinator at Shatterprufe Struandale, Port Elizabeth. This is a General Staff position reporting to the Planning and Logistics Manager in the Planning and Logistics Department.

Main Job Purpose

To coordinate the ARG and Export orders to meet and exceed delivery performance standard by ensuring that the into FGS targets are achieved as per KPI and ARG wrapping is completed as per weekly order fill schedule.

Main objective

• Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
• Ensure timeous communication with Planning and Logistic Manager, production and customers regarding problems and shortfalls on stock levels so as to manage customer order fills.
• Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained daily/weekly/monthly in order to minimise stock losses and to reduce the negative impact on customer orders.
