WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Area Visual Merchandiser, you play a key role in delivering an inspiring, commercial, and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards & commercial excellence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staying up to date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, products, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers etc.
- Coaching Store and Area teams to allocate time for fashion and trend awareness helping them to understand trend theory, mood boards for fashion stories and styling techniques, enabling teams to anticipate our customer’s needs and enhance the shopping experience for each store format.
- Empowering VM and store teams to be solution-orientated, creating efficient actions that enhance our customer´s satisfaction to help achieve sales targets, store goals and budget.
