Job Description
Changan is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales execution, strengthen dealer networks, and drive commercial performance in alignment with national objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the performance, growth, and strategic development of assigned dealer sales regions, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, dealer network expansion, sales targets, and regional business performance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and client follow-up.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners.
Ensure CRM compliance and accurate reporting.
Profile Requirements
Industry related experience only.
3 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales, dealer management, forecasting, CRM, and negotiation.
Availability to travel.
