Area Sales and Lettings Manager

We are looking for an effective and experienced Estate Agency Area Sales & Lettings Manager to oversee residential sales and lettings across Kent and South East London, managing multiple branches, winning instructions, leading teams, and ensuring excellent client service.

Our client is looking for candidates who have strong experience in either Residential Sales or in Residential Lettings at a managerial level but who is ready to step into a more senior position.

You will focus on driving sales and lettings growth, winning instructions, and supporting teams to maximise performance and client satisfaction, and will be an integral and pivotal part of a growing, recognised independent brand.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead sales and lettings operations across assigned branches
• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
• Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and applicants
