Job Description

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Area Manager to lead a portfolio of 12 Williams stores across WA.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence performance at scale, shape team capability, and deliver a consistent, standout customer experience across your region. You will partner closely with your Store Managers to drive results, elevate standards, and build high-performing teams.

You'll be hands-on, visible in stores, and deeply connected to your people and your results.

The role

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance across 19 locations
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences across both in-store and omnichannel journeys
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve performance
