Waukesha & Milwaukee, WI
💰 Starting Salary: $65,000+ per year
Plus Monthly Bonuses & Commissions
🕓 Full-Time | Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
(Occasional weekend coverage required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
+ Lead and support nightly cleaning operations
+ train, and coach employees
+ Perform quality inspections
+ Build strong customer relationships
+ Manage labor budgets and scheduling
+ Solve problems and ensure excellent service
+ Jump in and help the team when needed
