Job Description
CleanPower, Wisconsin’s leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in Germantown WI and Surrounding Areas. Our Managers are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location. Do you like to make decisions? Enjoy a flexible, fast-paced work environment? Shift: Monday – Friday 12PM - 8PM (Requires Flexibility)
Pay: $50k-55k + $230/per pay period car allowance + Bonus Potential
Territory: Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield

- Training & Development
- Train and develop all associates in their respective job roles to ensure consistent and standardized cleaning procedures.
- Identify and mentor high-potential associates to support succession planning and develop future leaders.
