Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Manager to oversee the operations of 6–10 outlets, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead outlet teams, optimize costs, monitor business performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability and service standards. The role requires a strong leader with proven experience in multi-outlet operations, team development, and P&L management within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to achieve sales, operational, and service excellence targets.
- Drive business performance through sales monitoring, cost control, inventory management, and manpower planning.
- Analyze financial and operational data, including P&L performance, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance profitability.
